Growing company seeking someone to perform occupancy determination checks and report on the condition of properties located in CA. Field inspector will gather basic information on the condition of the property and provide photos to support your report.
Types of Inspections: Occupancy, FNMA, Sale Date, Insurance Loss, mortgagor interviews, etc.
Requirements: dependable with reliable transportation, internet access, smart phone, e-mail account.
Qualified candidate will be very organized, have exceptional time management skills, be detail orientated, and possess the physical ability to drive for long periods.
Experience is preferred. Accepting Full and Part time applicants.
$15/hour plus .58/mile mileage reimbursement
Potential to raise salary to $20/hour after 3 months of employment
