Key Duties: Complete all assigned sales calls at scheduled time. Call through the database

to generate opportunities during non appointment windows. Follow up with webinar attendees

after the webinar ends. Educate prospects on all products and services offered, and determine

what best fits their needs. Determine best financing option for each prospect and educate the

prospect fully on that option. Get prospects approved for financing. Get loan applications

signed. Get company contracts signed. Collect all required stipulations from prospect to

complete the transaction. Complete accurate solar array designs.

Best practices for success.

Responsibility to Perform: Maintain minimum closing ratio of 30%. 100% of sales calls

made on time. Maintain an average of $300,000 in sold revenue per month. 100% of projects

sold accurately when looking at pricing and scope of work. Maintain an average of one referral

sale to every 5 company lead sales.

Responsibility to Policies: Collect utility bills from all applicable clients. Complete

submission checklists for each job sold. Enter all dispositions from appointments on the same

day the appointment is completed. Notate every customer interaction in the CRM. Respond

promptly to all internal emails and calls.
