Job Description
The Breakfast Attendant helps the guests start their days off right by serving and facilitating a delicious four-star breakfast from 7am – 10am and assists in set up and tear down of the breakfast stations.
Essential Job FunctionsSet up breakfast each morning by 7:00amServe guests hot breakfast items such as eggs, breakfast meat, and hash browns.Continually restock dry food items and cold items and refill all drink containers during breakfast hoursAssist in brewing a variety of coffees for guestsRing up a variety of coffees for guestsCordially assist guests with all breakfast questionsReport to work on time by 5:30amWipe down and bus tables as guests leave their tablesSet up, maintain, work and breakdown breakfast stationsPut all dry food items away after breakfast endsClean surfaces and floors to prepare the Lounge sitting area for lunchOther duties as assignedQualifications
Must be over 16 years of age High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred 1 year of food and beverage, restaurant, or fast food experience preferred

Supervision given and received Given: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Received: Works under direct supervision of the Breakfast Supervisor. Tasks are assigned according to specific procedures, and work is checked frequently. Instruction, advice and assistance are readily available.Work Environment and physical demands Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, smell, taste, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time. Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces. Must be able to constantly lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds individually or with assistance.The physical demands described here are representative of those thatmust be metby an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
