Job Description
The Senior Manager of Business Applicationswill oversee both new project work as well as day-to-day application support across HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Warehousing, and Maintenance. It is expected that this is a hands-on position that requires a willingness to rapidly learn new skills and help where needed most. This role requires a diverse background in overseeing both modern cloud-based solutions as well as legacy on-premise software.
The budgeted salalry range for this position is$99,945 - $139,923, actual pay will be dependent upon budget and experience. All of our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
Essential Job Functions Act as a leader between Business Partners and IT by planning, conducting, and directing implementations and ongoing support of Corporate Applications. Research emerging technologies as a technical thought leader influencing our investments. Articulate solution alternatives that best solve existing business problems. Strong ability to plan work across teams, manage timelines and processes to achieve continual success. Engage and motivate a team of employees, contractors, and vendors. Coordinate development efforts across internal and external teams and instill best practices. Ensure there are robust procedures and processes within the Corporate Applications team.Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or related field required. Minimum of 7+ years systems management experience or related leadership experience. Specific functional expertise includes HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting. Experience in Applicant Tracking, Warehousing, and Maintenance is also desired. Well versed in migrating on-premise legacy systems to modern, cloud-based solutions. Experience working with matrixed teams and vendor partners. Experience working in the leisure, travel, tourism, ski resort, or hospitality industries – preferred.
