Job Title: Executive Deskside Support Location: Aurora, CO (Eastern suburb of Denver) Status: Contract to hire Our client in Aurora, CO is looking for a Deskside Support Technician to support the fastest growing division of their company. This is a contract to hire opportunity with a publicly traded construction company, with offices and operations throughout the United States and Canada. A successful candidate will have not only the technical skills that are required, but also the demeanor to provide white glove service, and the sense of urgency needed when interacting with high level execs and engineers out in the field. This opportunity is open due to continued growth, so there is a career path here! Required skills & background:- 5 years of desktop & desk side support
- Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 + Microsoft Teamss
- PC skills with Client, Microsoft and Dell hardware
- Expertise with troubleshooting iPhones and iPad
- Imaging for hardware
- Peripheral support (routers, printers, auxiliary cameras, etc.)
- Experience supporting & trouble shooting phone systems (they use Ring)
- Experience troubleshooting &supporting Zoom video conferencing
- Basics of cabling/wiring for communications eqpt
- Ability to pick up Help Desk calls during down time, or help with special projects
