- This position supports users of the Plan Service Center portal. The position ensures user ID provisioning/de-provisioning satisfies system and business requirements, provides on-going operational support, and ensures access is consistent with information security policies. The position maintains access rights, access restrictions, account profiles, passwords, and adheres to timely processing requirement to meet service level agreements.
- Provision/de-provision Plan Service Center user ID access
- Trouble basic complex access issues Quality Control check work being completed
- Adhere to established time standards and maintain standard productivity and quality levels
- Process and manage work coming in through all channels including tickets, emails, phone calls, etc.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Provide training and support for newer team members
- Other duties as assigned
