Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a respectful demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Production AssociateLocation: Aurora, COPay Range: Not disclosedWhat's the Job?

Follow guidelines for proper assembly and production of food kit boxes on the assembly line.

Respectfully support and follow direction from all managers and supervisors about line performance.

Ensure all actions better the business and do not break any company policies.

Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance and/or Supervisor.

Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

What's Needed?

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Must be willing and able to work the entire schedule as partial shifts cannot be accommodated.

Must be able to count and have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions).

Able to stand on your feet and work between 8-12 hours per shift.
