Clerical duties including typing letters, unit inspection reports, filing, answering phones, cutting keys and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
Placing orders and coordinating with vendors the estimates, delivery, receiving merchandise. Distributing it to the proper location.
Meet deadlines while working efficiency in a team environment
Data entry for condominium invoicing.
Providing bids and researching materials needed
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational, communication and computer skills
Detail oriented individual
Ability to lift 50 lbs required for distribution of packages as delivered daily
Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, handling changes of climate and overhead reaching
Operation of automobile as needed
