Must be 18 years of age and older
Have motivation to be a self starter
Must have customer service skills to help owners and guests when needed.
Ensure cleaning on a rotation
Take care of recycling, hallways, restrooms, fitness center, lobby, grills, balconies, and furniture
Help housekeepers in units, strip units, move furniture, etc.
Help count, clean, and dirty linen
Must be able to deliver rollaway beds and cribs.
Must be able to help shovel snow off balconies.
Must be able to lift, pick up, and push 50 lbs. and more
Must be able to bend, kneel, climb, and reach out.
Must follow safety policy and OSHA guides
Must work in random schedule, holidays, weekends, and over time when required
Must have English skills be able to communicate with our guest, owners, and employees
Must be have a positive and friendly attitude toward others
