Clock Tower LLC, home to Tin Shed Sports and Salto Coffee Works is seeking an experienced part time bookkeeper.
Key responsibilities:
Closing daily sales and trouble-shooting sales reports
Preparing and distributing Tips
Preparing bank deposits
Collecting and processing all invoices
AR and AP
Bank reconciliation
Experience with processing Payroll a plus (15-25 employees)
Experience required:
Proficient with Quickbooks Online
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
AR/AP and Accounting experience desirable
Can work efficiently unsupervised
Has experience working with small businesses
Job requirements:
20-25h per week to start with.
At least 15h onsite, 3-5days per week, at The Clocktower, Nederland CO with some flexibility to work remotely on some projects.
Available immediately.
Need to be fully trained and working unsupervised by May 2019.
