Tax & Accounting Manager Louisville/Superior/Boulder

Were offering this position because we have grown to the level that we need a full-time Tax & Accounting Manager to provide excellent service to our clients and staff.
The Position: A sampling of job duties:
ï° Prepare and review tax returns (individual, partnerships, corporations, 990s, estate & trust).
ï° IRS correspondence and resolution.
ï° Oversee engagements from start to finish, from meeting with prospective and current clients to providing
deliverables - Tax preparation, tax planning, consulting, and bookkeeping engagements.
ï° Work with Director of Tax and staff to streamline tax processes and eliminate unnecessary tasks.
Were looking for a team member who has 5+ years experience working in the tax department of a public accounting firm, preferably in a Senior Tax Accountant or Tax Manager role, who has several years experience working with clients and preparing and reviewing tax returns. This position is ideal for someone who values a variety of tasks and roles as it will require skills in tax, consulting, accounting and client management and interaction. You will receive hands-on training, and we will always answer your questions. Pay range will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
Position requirements:
Active CPA license.
5+ years tax experience in a CPA firm.
Proficient with Quickbooks, Excel, Word, and tax preparation software such as Lacerte or UltraTax.
Bachelors or masters degree in accounting or tax.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor preferred.
