Art manufacturing business seeking full time employee to assist in office / customer service position, perform office tasks, and deal with customers in a polite and professional manner. Duties will include taking & processing orders, answering phones, assisting customer, some data entry, and a variety of computer-based tasks.
Candidates must be proficient with computers and be able to multi-task well. Programs that will be used are Windows based programs (Excel, Word, etc.), shipping software, Photoshop, Quickbooks, etc.
As part of training, employee will also spend time on the production line to get familiarized with products and manufacturing process and be available for production assistance as needed during duration of employment. Starting wage is typically $12-$16 / hr based on relative experience with pay review after introductory period. Dependable, hard working employees will be compensated accordingly! Must have fine attention to detail, be hard working, reliable and be able to handle customers with respect and professionalism. This is an upbeat, constantly moving environment, with a variety of tasks and duties.
