JOB TITLE AND DESCRIPTION:
We are hiring Music Instructors, to teach in home lessons in Front Range Colorado locations. You get to choose your locations and instruments available.
We serve Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Longmont, Boulder, Lafayette/Erie, Louisville/Superior, Broomfield, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Denver, Aurora, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Lakewood, Golden and most places surrounding and between.
You choose the locations near where you live that you will be available to service. We recommend anywhere within 20-30 mins drive time.
Primary Instruments include piano, guitar, voice.
Secondary instruments include bass guitar, ukulele, banjo, mandolin, strings (violin, viola, cello), woodwinds (flute, clarinet, saxophone), brass (trumpet, trombone, tuba) and of course drums/percussion.
We recommend you teach one or more of the Primary Instruments, as well as possibly some Secondary Instruments.
EX: If you teach guitar, can you add mandolin, banjo, or ukulele? If you teach voice, can you teach piano, flute, guitar, or other instruments?
Multi Instrumentalists will get and keep more students!
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Applicants must have formal music training, and experience teaching music lessons. Also required is reliable vehicle, computer and smart phone and ability to manage online calendar system and domain email. Its easy!
JOB SUMMARY:
Join our growing network of music instructors, and earn great hourly pay with incentive based raises! Start at $30 per hour, when you reach 5 or more students per week get $35 per hour, 10 or more students per week get $40 per hour. Group Lessons pay even more. Our pay scale, incentives, and personalized marketing cant be beat! Other similar business models list you on their site, but no personalized marketing plan to get YOU the students you deserve.
Unlike those models, we go to work with YOU to grow your client base! Our site is listed on all search engines and directories. We build your web page with custom SEO (search engine optimization), PPC (pay per click ads), AND targeted Facebook Ads, your custom URL, a scheduling system, contact form, A+ rating with BBB, and more. Its your own website within our site! Were providing you the tools, credibility, marketing and advertising, that would cost you thousands per month, and all that time to set up!
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
You need a reliable car, smart phone, tablet, computer skills. You must be 21 yrs of age, or older. You choose your available hours in the schedule system. Minimum 12 hours per week of availability required weekday afternoons/eves and weekends.
Lessons are sold in 4 packs which meet weekly same time and day. Make ups available with 48 hrs notice. When student books, you both receive auto email confirmations with 48 hrs notice.
You will need to pass a background check for our Amazon listing, create an email account for our company, and paypal account using that email address.
We do all the Heavy Lifting Marketing and ask you to be involved with some easy Light Marketing that we cant do for you such as getting reviews, posting on Craigs List, Social Media, writing simple blog articles, sending us videos we optimize for you. These items only take a few minutes of your time, less than an hour per week, and help boost your SEO for more students. We also provide biz cards and flyers for use locally.
Our clients are busy families and professionals. Our cutting edge schedule system allows students to search by location, and instrument, and book now! Why waste time playing phone tag to get students to schedule with you? We have created a win win system!
