What We Do:
We are a production firm that specializes in aiding our clients with quality CAD and Revit production services. We work with Architects, Engineers, Builders, Developers, General Contractors and Interior Designers, to ensure that all their designs are properly represented for their clients or permit review.
What Makes Us Different:
We work with our clients remotely, which means you too can potentially work remotely! We work at a national capacity, which allows us to see different design and production styles across the states.
We require that our AM's are experienced drafters, as well experienced in the construction process. Our clients sometimes rely on us to communicate their visions on paper, so we must understand their practices.
What We Are Looking For:
We are in need of a highly organized, time efficient individual with experience in the Residential and Commercial worlds of construction. Our projects vary from small residential to large multi-thousand square foot Mixed Use/Multi Family Projects. It will be your responsibility to manage the client, the drafters assigned, the progress of the project and the quality output of the plans produced.
This individual must display:
Excellent Communication Skills
Organizational Skills
Revit Knowledge
CAD Knowledge
Construction Knowledge
Residential and Commercial Project Experience
Follow Up
Proactivity
Familiar with how to create custom/parametrized families.
Knowledge of Viewing Templates
General Project Template Creation
Redlines and Quality Assurance
Detail Oriented and Follows Directions Well (I.e.- Instructions for how to send your resume ;) )
Other Things That Would Help You In This Position:
Construction Experience
Degree (Or Experience) in Drafting, Sustainable Design, Construction Management, Architecture
Other Program Knowledge: Adobe Suite, SketchUp, ArchiCAD
Pay is determined by experience. Position will also include commission and bonuses based on results and efficiency.
