Job Description - Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer
+Provide HVAC and plumbing engineering services for design/build and design/bid/build projects in the healthcare, education, commercial, government, industrial and residential sectors.
+Taking on multiple projects, managing client expectations and budget.
+Understanding of practical applications of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for buildings
+Prepare construction documents in AutoCAD and REVIT
+PrepareCSI masterformat specifications
+Complete cost estimating for mechanical systems
+Understanding and application of state-of-the-art building energy-efficiency technologies
+Provide quality assurance reviews of one's own technical and written work
+Field verification of existing and new system installations
+Willing to develop new business opportunities for the company and support marketing efforts
+S/he must be able to coordinate their own various work responsibilities and coordinate with outside consultants/vendors to complete tasks under direction of the Principal-In-Charge.
+Travel to in-state and out-of-state projects as required. Minimal travel required.

+Prepare construction documents in AutoCAD and REVIT

+Understanding and application of state-of-the-art building energy-efficiency technologies
+Lighting and lighting controls design
+Provide quality assurance reviews of one's own technical and written work
+Field verification of electrical system installations
+Commissioning of electrical systems (lighting, communications, fire annunciation, security, normal and emergency power)
+Willing to develop new business opportunities for the company and support marketing efforts
