I am seeking a retired engineer or similar background to be an onsite supervisor manager to a remodeling project in which the contract expects it completed in five weeks. We will get the permit this week and start this week or next. I need someone to manage my general contractor and see that things are done correctly and on schedule. we can discuss a fair rate for the gig.
I am looking for somebody who can stop by the work site almost every day. there may be some need for mathmatical ability to deal with whats been spent but not sure yet if that is part of the job. but you would deal with pay or forms and change order form.
this job was supposed to be completed last July and we are finally getting the permit this week. there have been a lot of problems along the way and due to that there is a need for close supervision that I am unable to do.
