Job DescriptionKelly Services seeking an outgoing, organized, and energetic customer service representative for a company located near Boulder, CO In this role, you will interact directly with customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company reputation for high-quality service.ResponsibilitiesBuilding sustainable relationships and trust with internal and external customers through open and interactive communication.Effectively communicating with customers via various channels.Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Knowing products, policies, and procedures inside and out so that you can effectively communicate information to customers.Process orders, returns, and payments.Collect and record customer feedback, and share that with appropriate departments and team members.Generate interest in new and existing products or services through outbound communications.Attend all required customer service-related meetings and training opportunities.RequirementsProven customer support experience is a plus, but willing to provide additional training for the right candidate.Excellent phone manner including active listeningCapability to effectively communicate with customers through various channels.Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities simultaneously.Familiarity with Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems and practices.Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHigh school degree or equivalentAbility to meet a 8:00am to 5:00pm work schedulePlease call 720.582.2720 or submit your resume to 1620@kellyservices to applyWhy Kelly ® ?At KellyServices ® , we work with the best.
