- Provide day to day IT support to both local and remote staff.
- Monitor and maintain client service desk support queue
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base technical notes and articles
- Support and diagnose Windows and Mac based desktop and laptop computers
- Image and deploy new staff computers
- Load and configure various software applications on staff and lab computers
- Provide new user training to staff
- Provide A/V and conference room support
- Maintain inventory for IT equipment

- Ability to perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, root cause, and corrective action activities
- Experience supporting computer peripherals and mobile devices
- Strong Windows 10 and MacOS experience.
- Experience with Azure and on-premises Active Directory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with software deployment tool in terms of package creation and deployment a plus
- Associates degree, or minimum 1-2 years of equivalent IT experience
- Ability to safely lift 30 pounds
