- Have at least 2+ years of experience Managing Software Engineers
- Have 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer prior to becoming an Engineering Manager
- Have managed a team of 5+ Software Engineers
- Have experience working in an Agile environment
- Have a BS degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM field (or can demonstrate equivalent experience)
- Have a deep understanding of software development & web technologies
- Have a desire to build and lead a team in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment
- Are a people-focused leader to who excels at creating high-performing, highly-engaged teams
- You are familiar with Ruby, Javascript, React
- You have experience with B2B SaaS
