ROLE SUMMARYSupports the CSO, Boulder Research Unit with a professional focus onadministrative activities and processes in support of the Boulder ResearchUnit as well as the Boulder Research Unit Leadership Team members located inBoulder, CO. Role will perform a variety of administrative tasks andsupport Boulders senior-level managers. Responsibilities include managingcalendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To besuccessful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great timemanagement skills and be able to act without guidance.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESAct as a local point of contact among executives, employees, and otherpartnersVisitor management and liaisonManage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
