- The Tech Users and Products Team empowers users of our products globally.
- Critical to our efforts is creating 1 to many contents such as:
- Help Centers (user & partnerfacing)
- Knowledge Bases (agentfacing) & canned responses
- Training
- Location: Preference to Boulder, CO but will consider those local to offices in NY, MTV, or San Francisco
- As a Project Lead, you help get great content created. Specifically, you:
- Get a ton of stuff done, adeptly prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously, delegating to and equipping the Production Team to execute
- Organize the chaos, providing the "first line of defense in troubleshooting, problem solving, and coordinating across any issues that arise
- Earn stakeholder praise, proactively setting expectations and providing timely updates
- Are a domain expert, building and leveraging your channel expertise and knowledge of content best practices to ensure the highest quality content for our users
- Act like an owner, spotting and tackling opportunities to improve our overall operation
- Work closely with Content Strategists and Product Support Managers to understand what types of content is needed for product launches and manage creation and delivery through publishing.
- Work closely with vendor production teams and vendor managers to make sure content is created on time and accurate (solid project management)
- Read and interpret tech documentation and identify gaps needed for content creation
- BA/ BS degree in either: Communications, Editorial, or Marketing
- 2+ years of experience in content production / management, service operations, project management, and/or some kind of editorial background
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently, and drive projects to completion
- Being a self-starter and high attention to details
- Ability to influence others and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery
- Strong team player with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-changing environment
- Proven experience with stakeholder management, data analysis, and Google Docs/Sheets/Gmail/Calendar
- Proven experience working in Tech in some capacity
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
