Via Toscana is a fine dining, well established restaurant in Louisville conveniently located right off of Highway 36. We are open dinner only - Monday through Saturday.
Friday and Saturday availability is required of all staff.
Key periods including Restaurant week (2/22-3/2), 2/14 (Valentines Day), CU graduation (5/9-5/11), 2/24 (Christmas Eve), 12/31 (New Years Eve) and are required of all staff. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Host Staff: demonstrated ability to organize and perform well under pressure while maintaining a professional and friendly disposition. Previous restaurant experience not required. Typical pay averages $12-$20/hr depending on capability
