The Mateo Group out of Boulder is bringing their special brand of exceptional cuisine, world class wine, and genuine hospitality to the ever-expanding counter service restaurant industry.

Our first and flagship location in Gunbarrel, opening next month, will be closely followed by our 2nd location in 5-Points, Denver.

We are hiring for the all management level positions. The right person must be smart, driven, confident, happy, and approachable. She or he must be able to build and shape a successful restaurant culture through leadership by example and long-term thinking. Passion for the industry is a must. Most importantly, this person must embrace and embody the philosophy that true hospitality begins and ends with genuine gratitude- for your guests, for your co-workers, and for your circumstance.

We are offering a top of market compensation and benefits package based on experience, ability, and fit. This combined with our intentionally attainable incentive-based bonus program is designed to get our managers personally invested in the financial performance of our restaurants. Requirements:

2+ years of Supervising or Management Experience

Food and Beverage Knowledge

Open Availability

Experience in Ordering, Inventory, and Staff Management
