The North End at 4580 Restaurant needs summer workers.
We are looking for a few more good staff members to join our close-knit team for the summer season as we say goodbye to some long-time employees.
While restaurant experience is not required- any experience is a step above. There is always the ability to move up out of the following positions with hard work.
All positions must be met with professionalism & a good attitude. Ability to work with others, take instructions/directions well & multi-tasking are all a must. You will be required to have reliable transportation & a strong work ethic including showing up for all shifts on time & ready to go. Communication is key to success & you will be expected to have this ability.
Hosts:
$12/hour, + occasional tips on some busy nights
2-4 shifts/week; 3-5 hours per shift(6-20 hours/week)
Hosts will be able to also backwait if desired.
Use OpenTable reservation system
Duties include but not limited to:
Greet & seat guests in timely & kind manner, answer phones, organize seating chart for servers, control flow of the restaurant, watering tables
Backwaits:
$8.50 hourly plus tips
3-5 shifts/week; 3-6 hours per shift(10-25 hours/week)
Duties include but not limited to:
Clearing, re-setting & cleaning all tables & bar, watering, helping run food, restocking items, any other support tasks for servers or bartenders
Expo/Food-Runner:
$8.50 hourly plus tips
3-5 shifts/week; 3-6 hours per shift(10-25 hours/week)
Duties include but not limited to:
Run the kitchen window & the go-between for servers & kitchen staff, keep an organized service area & timing of tickets, run food to specific table & position numbers, clean, organized & highly communicative position- if you aren't a talker this spot is not for you!
