Our first and flagship location is located in the Gunbarrel area of Boulder, Colorado
Our hours of operations are Monday-Sunday, 11am - 8pm.
Our fast casual restaurant is an open kitchen concept, so you must be comfortable with having a presence with the guest. Our menu consists of primarily Salads and Sandwiches that are sustainably sourced, and made fresh to order!
