Sugarbeet in Longmont is seeking a full-time, experienced server.
We are located in Longmont and operating only evenings:
4:00Pm to 9:00 Pm Tu,We,Thur. and
4:00Pm to 10:00 Pm Pm Fr, Sat,
We are looking for a individual who has a passion for food and wine and is willing to put in the time and effort to expand their knowledge.
Server must have wine and cocktail knowledge.
Ability to learn quickly and maintain a professional level of service in a fast paced environment is an absolute must.
A few things we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years of serving experience in high volume restaurant
- Fundamental knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, wine, beer
- Strong, honest work ethic with a "guest first" approach
- Detail oriented and organized
- Sense of urgency and ability to handle stress professionally
- Respectful and professional environment
