Experienced Care Provider's $22-$25/hour (DOE)
Seeking Care Provider's that are experienced working with physical disabilities / Dementia. Searching for professional and committed Candidates to fill 18-22 hours/week Long Term. You also get to pick 2 consecutive days you wish to work. You will be working with a 78-year-old female with onset dementia and her 59-year-old son has cerebral palsy and confined to a wheelchair. The son also works from home and versed at communicating his & his mom's needs.
- Female Shifts from 8am-11am:
- Male's Evening Shifts from 12:00pm-6pm:
Applicants have:
- Experience with physical disabilities and onset dementia
- Trained/experienced in providing excellent personal care for all ADL's (activities of daily living).
- Familiarity with medical equipment (hospital bed, hoyer lift, etc.)
- Are truly personally happy and are able to provide creative/fun activities and redirection
- Playful, imaginative, conversational and engaging
- Reliable, timely, able to multi-task and proactive
- Ability to fill in other shifts throughout week with advanced notice
- Has current references and reliable transportation
- Can pass background check

Employee's are paid on 10th and 25th by Direct Deposit. Employee's accumulate sick leave or PTO at 30 hours worked: 1 hour accrued. Generous raise at 6 months and 1 year.
