We are in need of a medical assistant for part time employment. The hours would be M/T/TH/F from 10-5. Wednesdays the office is closed. The salary is competitive and will vary depending on experience but the average is $19-$22 per hour.
We are a small functional medicine practice with a little bit of aesthetics as well. Medical assistant position will entail phlebotomy, vitamin injections, calling in medications and refills, keeping track of medical supplies for the office, ordering labs and organizing patient labs, appointments and follow ups for the doctor. Some procedure assistance at times as well.
We would love some past experience in a medical office, but this is not a deal breaker for the right person.
You do need to have great organizational skills as there are a lot of things to keep track of.
We are searching for the perfect fit all the way around so we are not in a rush to hire someone quickly.
