North Boulder Physical Therapy in Boulder, CO is looking for a full time or part time CHT at our office at 2750 Broadway, Boulder, CO.
The work schedule can be flexible within our clinic hours: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm.
You will be working closely with the Boulder Medical Center's hand surgeon who is located in the next suite.
Post op CHT rehab experience is required.
Ideal case load with up to 50% surgical patients.
Full time benefits include 100% paid health insurance, 3 weeks of PTO, 5 paid holidays and working for a stable, long term private PT/OT practice.
Salary is excellent and is based upon experience.
Requirements:
A current Colorado OT or PT license PLUS Hand Therapist Certification (CHT)
A minimum of Two years of recent work experience as a CHT.
Expert ability with post op rehab, protocols and splints, especially static splints.
Ability to fabricate thermoplastic splints several times per day.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills to relate effectively to patients but also to co-workers and surgeons.
Proven excellent customer service and patient care experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Preferred: prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) such as WebPT.
