Large and notable Cannabis company with over 150 people in our organization with 21 licensed facilities throughout the state of Colorado that values its employees is seeking multiple employees to add to our Boulder dispensary store, cultivation and production team.
3 Positions Available in Boulder:
POSITION 1: Gardener in our commercial recreational and medical garden.
POSITION 2: Trimmer/Harvester on our Grow Production Team.
POSITION 3: Budtender/Customer Service Representative
(1) GARDENER JOB SPECIFICS:
Full time - 40 hours available, 4-5 days a week, weekends and holidays required.
Salary - We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package with ample opportunities for upward potential throughout all of our facilities. Starting salary will range from $12-20/hr and be decided after an in-face interview, and will be based on cannabis knowledge, industry related experience, gardening proficiency, and metrc/computer skills. Raises and reviews are offered after 90 days and 6 months after your initial review, and annually. Typically, $1+ raises are given at each review period.

Grow is located in Boulder
GARDENER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work in our recently expanded, state of the art, commercial grow facility with an awesome and long-term team by your side. Great atmosphere and people. We are willing to train the right candidate that is hard working with a great attitude but garden experience is preferred. It does not need to be Cannabis growing experience. Most importantly you follow instructions and are reliable and trustworthy.
DAILY DUTIES:
Plant, clone, prune, mix dirt, feed, water, and maintain plant health.
Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc basics, and state regulations.
Competently follow directions from supervisor(s).
Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the companys safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MED issued Key or Support Badge (Key preferred)
Reliable transportation
Consistently on time to work with a good attitude
Attention to detail required
Unquestioned integrity required
Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills

(2) HARVEST/TRIM JOB SPECIFICS:
Full time - 40 hours available, 5 days a week, 7am-4pm
Salary - We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package with ample opportunities for upward potential throughout all of our facilities. Starting salary will range from $12-15/hr and will be decided after a paid trial working day(s) depending on proficiency, speed, and accuracy and after an in-face interview, and will be based on cannabis knowledge, industry related experience, trim and harvest proficiency, and metrc/computer skills. Raises and reviews are offered after 90 days and 6 months after your initial review, and annually. Typically, $1+ raises are given at each review period.

HARVEST/TRIM JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work at our harvest table with a full-time and long-term team by your side. Great atmosphere and people. We are willing to train the right candidate that is hard working with a great attitude but experience is preferred. If you have limited experience in the Cannabis industry but you want a foot in the door this is the best way to prove yourself to our cultivation team. Trimmers are expected to efficiently and accurately hand-trim Cannabis flowers both wet and dry. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7/8am-4/5pm depending on facility.
DAILY DUTIES:
Process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
Work with Grow department to execute harvests.
Accomplish all flower processes post-harvest dry, cure, trim and prepare product for sale or transfer.
Individuals are expected to produce 2 to 4 pounds of trimmed flower per 8 hour shift.
Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc basics, and state regulations.
Competently follow directions from supervisor(s).
Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the companys safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work on our dispensary sales floor with a team of hard working, fun, full-time employees by your side. Focus on selling both medical and recreational products. If you have limited experience in the Cannabis industry but you have customer service experience, we are willing to train the right candidate that is hard working with a great attitude, but industry experience is preferred. If you lack industry experience you must be very knowledgeable about cannabis strains, genetics, growing, concentrates, edibles etc. We prefer someone who has Biotrack and METRC experience.

Weigh and sell cannabis products with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
