We are a small Church with great outreach, an open outlook, a warm fellowship, and an
active Choir, numbering 10+ dedicated amateurs. We sing, laugh, cry, pray,
and support each other and do our best to help God's work. Music is a very important
part of our Church, part of who we are.
Choir Director's Responsibilities include:
Plan, organize, direct, and execute the Church music program
Select music in coordination with the Pastor and Organist (27+ years at our church)
Lead Choir music rehearsals Wednesday nights, and again Sunday mornings before
Church services
Direct the Choir's performance at Sunday services
Special music for the Advent/Christmas and Lenten/Easter seasons
Approx 4-6 hrs per week
This position is part time and salaried with salary depending on qualifications.
