Custom Solar based in Boulder, CO is currently seeking a Warehouse and Fleet Manager to help with the organization and inventory of materials and vehicles. Compensation starting at $20/hr depending on experience.

Job Duties:
- Organize warehouse
- Manage truck fleet, repairs and maintenance
- Maintain, manage and secure inventory of equipment and tools
- Take stock of damaged/unused materials
- Assemble components for projects
- Unload and sort and restock components
- Load and help organize trucks
- Receive deliveries and ship components
- Return materials
- Restock warehouse and trucks
- Pickup and deliver materials for field crews as needed.
- Operate forklift
- Manage recycling and material disposal
- Identify materials in stock for specific jobs
Job Requirements:
- HIGHLY organized, independent, and willing to take initiative
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds throughout the work day
- Must follow safety procedures
- Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable
- Forklift certification preferred
- Technical Solar/Construction training also a plus
