HOW YOU CAN HELP: The Architect/ Architectural Designer is an essential part of our design team. This talented individual is passionate about design and has experience with high-end residential projects and detailing. In this role you will influence and further develop the firm’s design philosophy, while taking the lead on the design of remodels, additions, new homes, and commercial tenant finishes. About 85% of the work is residential and 15% is commercial. The Architect should enjoy seeing their designs take shape from inception to fully constructed projects.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization & follow through
Bachelors Degree in Architecture
Current Architecture License is required
Strong knowledge of the construction process and methods
Revit 3D modeling, drafting, and rendering skills are preferred
Knowledge of local and national building codes, and the Boulder permitting process, is a plus.
