Job Title:
Brand Manager/Director of Operations/Assistant Manager

Skills needed:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign
-Good knowledge of social media platforms
-Facebook Business Suite, Instagram, Flickr, Twitter, LinkedIn, Mailchimp
-Understanding of and ability to implement newer social media platforms (TikTok) a plus
-Knowledge of Shopify preferred
-Excellent organizational, time management, and executive functioning skills
-Attention to detail
-Appreciation of art
Duties include:
-Manage the online store, main website, printing/shipping, customer service
-Manage all aspects of merchandise and artwork
Inventory
Running gift shop at events
Training employees/volunteers
Oversee creation and launch of new products and releases
Communicate with vendors and producers
Licensing
-Marketing and social media management
-Developing a strong knowledge of artwork names and creation date
-Utilize company calendar
-Oversee special projects, performances, art shows
-Generate periodic reports
-Communicate with Artist and report to owners and general manager
Compensation and other details:
-Employee status: 25-35 hours per week
-$25-$27 per hour based on experience
-Based out of Lyons Colorado
