The Kitchen Coop is seeking to hire Food Manufacturing Associates (FMA’s).
Our FMA’s are on the frontlines, making breads, cookies, snacks and treats. With a varied client base and new companies joining us regularly, our FMA’s work on a variety of products. It isn’t the same work day in, day out, so FMA’s have to have a willingness to learn and adapt. Our FMA’s are trained and then trusted to operate scales, mixers, kettles, ovens, fillers, sealers, and packaging equipment. As an FMA masters additional equipment, they can earn additional income by becoming Sr FMA’s or Manufacturing Supervisors.
The following skills are REQUIRED for consideration for a position as a Food Manufacturing Associate:

Ability to follow written standard operating procedures
Attention to detail, and an interest in being thorough
Personal accountability to your responsibilities and to your fellow associates
Capacity to learn quickly, and willingness to be flexible when changes are needed

The FMA's schedule will be Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm. FMA’s start at $16.50-$21.00 per hour, DOE.
