Full Time Receptionist at PT Clinic (Boulder) Immediate Opening
Our fast paced physical therapy clinic, located in Boulder, is searching for a team member to join our front desk staff. Applicants interested in the receptionist position must be available to work Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7am-6pm (three separate shifts). Applicants must live within or near Boulder County. Experience in a medical setting or customer service setting is desired but not required. A working understanding of computers is required. This is a full time position. Health benefits available for full time employees, Medical, Dental, Vision and Simple IRA. Previous experience with physical therapy is not required as we have an extensive training process.

- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Strong Customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and fielding questions about physical therapy
- Greeting and scheduling patients
- Taking payments
- Administrative tasks such as filing and scanning documents
- Support system for our Physical Therapists
- Strong computer skills
Education:
- High School Diploma
- Experience as a receptionist OR in a customer service field helpful but not necessary
