Advenir Living (www.advenirliving.com) is seeking an energetic, dependable maintenance technician for our apartment community in Longmont.

Requirements:
- Current, active CO driver's license
- Drug free and clear criminal background
- Ability to take on-call and work weekends
- Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include but are not limited to: ability to walk property including up 3 flights of stairs, to complete physical tasks, deliver resident communications, climb ladders, shovel snow, use a blower, rake leaves, transport or move up to 50 pounds and ability to work outdoors in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
