Working Conditions:
Primarily an office environment with a constant revolving door and never ending ringing phones. Need to be able to meet residents in their units, show units to potential residents, walk around and climb a lot of stairs to inspect the property or deliver notices.
This position is Monday thru Friday from 9am to 6pm with an hour for lunch.
Evening and weekend work may be required, but rarely.
Required Experience:
One or more years experience with residential real estate management.
Tax Credit, Section 8 and/or Public Housing experience.
Required Education/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Two or more years of college preferred.
