Vita Locators is looking for driven, honest, business-minded individuals looking to be a part of our growing, team-oriented Denver office. We are an established apartment locating agency providing a much-needed service: helping others find a happy home. This includes corporate relocation, senior living and general rental searches.
Candidates must be in the Boulder metro area.
We put a strong emphasis on offering excellent customer service and high performance, but grounded in a fun, team environment focusing morals, values, ethics and a commitment to each other. There is NO cold-calling involved, all our clients come to us for help and support.
Compensation is based on your performance and the time you put into your clients there is no ceiling to what you can make!
The position is composed of 65% client phone interaction, 30% face to face (touring properties, community interaction) and 5% networking. Candidates must be comfortable using computers, databases and the cloud to perform daily activities. While this job does NOT involve cold calling or direct sales, candidates are required to make calls and often tour prospective clients. Therefore, customer service, professionalism, and phone skills are required.
