Description
As Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and supporting sites andservices that power our products, owning applications from inception through development, test,and release to production. In this role, you will contribute to products by developing modular front & backend code inour frameworks, developing front & backend services and improving system scalability; addingnew features to APIs; refactoring monolithic code to highly cohesive, loosely coupledcomponents; and identifying performance bottlenecks across the entire system. • Experience building complex web applications with JS, CSS, and HTML, including deep• Experience building web applications and marketing content with JS, CSS, and HTML• Experience building, administering, and deploying WordPress content, templates, andplugins • 3-15+ years' experience working on challenging problems in complex languageapplications• Experience addressing problems of scale• Previous experience with and/or desire to mentor junior developers• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.• Experience refactoring applications and seeing architectural changes through fromdesign to completion• A deep understanding of SOLID principles, thinking in abstractions, etc. Requirements WordPress, PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
