RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and execute test cases for data integrations.
Create and execute test cases for reporting.
Participate in requirements gathering.
Work with vendors to resolve data issues in timely manner.
Collaborate with IT Department team members (developers, analysts, support), non-technical team members and external partners for ongoing maintenance and all aspects of project work.
Ensure proper documentation of all business requirements, projects and solution components.
Share in the off-hours support of the BI system and business critical reporting.
Execute processes supporting compliance with external regulations (PCI, SOX, etc) and internal standards.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
SQL, preferably T-SQL
Interest in being a subject matter expert and the ability to share that knowledge with others.
History of solving challenging process & data problems with sustainable, manageable solutions.
BI features of Excel 2013 and 2016 including pivot tables, slicers and data mining.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal and active listening skills.
Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Attention to detail and flexibility in work assignments.
Ability to work in a team-orientated, collaborative environment on projects and troubleshooting.
