An audio engineering company is hiring a Technical Customer Service Manager. Must have excellent IT skills and a basic understanding of electronics. While representing the needs of customers, this position works closely with engineering. This job includes phone, email etiquette, triage, RMA processing, service, and analytical reporting.
Basic understanding of network typologies
Ability to debug basic home network issues
Ability to understand highly technical questions
Service customers worldwide via phone and email with product problems and return issues
Keep in constant communication with the engineering department on product-related failures
Identify key areas, trends, and track product problems, failures, and returns
Maintain a customer-reported bug list, and coordinate it with the engineering bug list
Knowledge of the audio industry and products, preferable
The highest level of listening skills, understanding, and patience with customers
An excellent understanding of electronics and audio equipment
Extensive communication skills both verbal and written
Handle, prioritize, and complete heavy workloads
Strong organizational skills
