Growing high-tech company is seeking a candidate for a Technical Support Representative position. This position will be best filled by a technician with high-energy, detail-oriented personality, with PC hardware/software experience, strong telephone and customer service skills. Our Technical Support Representative can expect to:

Answer inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment

Provide extremely friendly, and professional service to our external clients

Work with various makes and models of PC's, HD Televisions, and touch screen monitors

Track open support cases and maintain accurate records, daily

Learn to use PC imaging software to create drive images and restore from drive images

Develop and maintain trusting relationships with team members and other coworkers

Be consistently punctual, reliable and professional

Qualifications:

Must have a positive attitude and passion to please the customers

Must be friendly, comfortable and professional over the phone

Must be able to make mistakes and learn from them

Must be able to adapt and work through stressful situations while maintaining composure

Must have references with at least 1 positive reference from a prior direct-report manager

Must have a strong work ethic and self-motivation (self-starter, self-learner)

Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems

Proficiency with web-based applications (SaaS, ASP, ColdFusion, XML, IIS Server)

Ability to accurately diagnose and resolve hardware failure hands on

NOTE: May require background check in addition to references
