Colorado Pond Pros is looking for the right person to join our team. We clean, and repair as well as and renovate koi ponds - we create other cool water features too, all over the Front Range. We are located in Longmont. It is ok if you haven't worked on ponds previously, we will train you.
Construction, landscape or sprinkler plumbing experience is a must If you have never done any construction, landscape or sprinkler type work this might not be a good fit for you. So don't apply for this if you have none of this experience.
If you are the kind of person that takes initiative - if you're a hard worker, positive thinker, has attention to detail and can figure things out, you might be our guy! (or gal!)
We are looking for a person who:
works well with others (doesn't mind speaking with customers and can lead other guys once you are trained)
thinks through problems
finds ways to avoid problems
wants to work outside all day
doesn't mind getting dirty
can lift 50 pounds repeatedly - no problem- shovel and other labor that needs to be done
would like to work on really cool ponds and waterfalls
Has a clean drivers record and is a good, safe driver - must have valid license.

Pay between $18 and $21/hr depending on your abilities and effectiveness. We are very good about giving raises for people that show motivation and initiative. And I don't mean 20 cent raises, I mean decent raises. AND we offer the opportunity to move to next position. This position is considered a Lead Pond Technician. There are several positions that pay more that are available for those with the right attitude to move up into.
We value those that don't just follow lists (which also has to be done), but people who have good observation skills, finds and fixes problems, knows how to go above and beyond for the customer.
We are small company and we are looking for the person who wants to work with us to grow this company, the person who is willing to chip in where ever it is needed and really someone who can see the potential is this industry that is succeeding throughout the US.
