Applicant will be expected to oversee 4 + crews in all aspects of year-round maintenance on high end residential properties and exclusive HOA communities. Knowledge of advanced landscape maintenance practices applicable to the Colorado environment is a must.
Responsibilities will include rout scheduling, mentoring and training crew members, and ensuring all services are completed on budget and up to Outdoor Craftsmen quality standards. Participation in winter snow removal is required.

Required Qualifications
Passionate about gardening and maintaining beautiful landscapes.
Knowledge of local plants and turf weeds.
Advanced knowledge of pruning, mowing and irrigation practices.
Able to lead and train crew members while building team spirit.
3+ years of supervisory experience in landscape maintenance
Bilingual
Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
Basic Irrigation knowledge
