Growing local painting company now seeking painter's assistant(s) to assist lead painter in prepping, painting, and cleaning duties. Jobs will be conducted throughout the front range area including Boulder, Longmont, Denver, Loveland, Greeley, and Nederland.
Candidates for this position must possess the following qualities/skills:
The traits an ideal candidate will possess:
-Verifiable commercial and residential painting experience and references
-Reliable transportation, cell phone, and email access
-Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism
-Demonstration of experience in paint preparation (especially masking), rolling, brushing, and spraying or demonstrating a willingness to learn these skills quickly and correctly
-Able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
-Able to operate on ladders (up to 30 feet) SAFELY and comfortably
-Detail/efficiency oriented and clean on job sites
-Flexible availability. Able to work overnight and weekend shifts
-Ability to listen to specific instructions and follow specific instructions
-Ability to communicate clearly
-Motivated and task oriented
-Desiring to move up/improve and eventually earn more pay for more/better skill
