Construction/Remodeling Crew

Premier residential interior remodeling company working primarily in the Northern Denver/Boulder region- Specifically in the Erie, Broomfield, Louisville, Lafayette, Thornton, Superior, Firestone, Brighton, Frederick area. We are known locally for our outstanding customer experience, special creative custom touches and top quality craftsmanship. As part of this growing team all of our employees are valuable and contribute to our success. We take pride in the work we do and in the customer and employee relationships we foster. We are growing rapidly in this booming industry- growth opportunities await all those who are willing to work for it.

Job Description: As a member of our remodeling crew you will work alongside our project manager/general contractors, designer and crew. To start you will primarily assist our more experienced team members in the framing, demo, clean up and finish work on interior residential remodels until we have a better guage on your skill set as well as your growth/learning opportunities so we know what skills to help train you on. As you grow youll expand your skill set in all aspects of residential remodeling including framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile, flooring, trim and finish. This is a great opportunity for someone to build on a solid foundation and gain valuable experience in the field.

Skills/Experience Needed:

Familiarity with power tools and general construction is a must! We are looking for individuals with at least 1-2 years experience in home building or residential remodeling with some general knowledge of the following and some expertise in a few of the trades below. We can fill in the gaps through on the job training but need a solid foundation in place to hit the ground running. Experience in some or all of the following is a plus:

Framing, general lumber

Carpentry- trim/molding work, building mantles, barn doors, hanging doors, etc.

Cabinetry

Tile/Stone installation

Light plumbing (sink/faucet setting, etc.)

Light electrical (light fixtures, etc.)

Flooring- installing all types

Painting

Drywall- hang, tape, mud texture

Physical ability- Our work is at times labor intensive physically- you need to be in physical condition to be able to lift, bend, carry, etc. and keep up while not endangering yourself or your crew. Safety is a must!

Willingness to learn- this is an ego free environment. We know not everyone is an expert in everything and would much rather have an employee be honest about what they need to learn than try to muscle through anything or assume they know. Thats how mistakes happen and people get hurt on the job. The best employees as those who can ask for help and guidance and want to learn/perfect new skills.

Reliability- employees must have reliable transportation and be on time.

Compensation: Dependent on experience. We offer 2 weeks of PTO per year and paid holidays. We are closed the week between Christmas and New Years. W2 or 1099 positions available both full or part time considered. Please include salary requirements with application.

How to apply: Please send your resume and examples of your work to arrange an interview.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do perform a background check on all employees. All employees must be legal to work in the US, have a valid and unrestricted drivers license and a clean criminal background check.
