Hello, thank you for checking out our post. We are not hiring an employee we are searching for a person to work as our partner to support our ability to generate more leads that turn into closed deals and generate software sales income. You are a generator.

This position will start ASAP. We currently have over a dozen clients.

A bit about me:

A bit about you:

You first and foremost are doing your inner work. You have a similar lifestyle and our values align.

You must have background in software and IT.

Work experience includes lead generation, email marketing, content writing and messaging. You thrive off of creating campaigns and measuring your results. You are creative and systems driven. You have amazing oral and written communication skills. We have a basic marketing foundation and you will lead the next level of our building these up. You own a Macbook in good working order, as all of our systems are Mac.

Your Role:

We have clients that want us to sell lots of software development for them in the US. Your focus is to make us better at doing that by helping our clients that need this support from us generate more leads. This is fulltime and flexible mostly work from home in the area, although not 100% remote. You will create all campaigns for up to 10 clients, manage a small offshore lead gen team and create reporting and metrics for our clients. For our clients we are currently doing cold emails, target emails, LinkedIn messaging and content creation.

Some tasks will be to send out emails, manage appointments, enter data into CRMs, creating reports for our clients and any other tasks for systems support, research and implementation. We work in multiple CRMS, like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Highrise with our clients. Your core skills are lead generating and engagement.

Your Compensation:

You will be paid as a contractor and will have total flexibility with your hours and how you generate leads for our clients. You will be paid a base of $6500/mo and commission for deals closed on leads you generate. Your desire and drive should get you to six figures in 2019!

Our Company:

We sell custom web and mobile development to US customers for offshore and nearshore companies. Our clients whom we vet and select pay us commission on closed deals and pay monthly for lead generation services. Our clients hire us to be a sales and marketing US based office.

We are working with companies in India, Central/Eastern Europe and LatAm. We sell all major technology stacks, RoR, Python, Java, PHP, .NET and Mobile.

This role is to support our ability to spend as much time as we possibly can in lead generation, lead conversion and sales. Ultimately talking with customers in the US and Canada about their software projects, this is how we create value for our clients and generate revenue.
