Job Description I'm currently working an exciting new role with a company that directly partners with the MLB that's changing the landscape of live sports and entertainment. This organization is dedicated to deliver innovative, cutting-edge tech that enables safe, unforgettable fan experiences. They are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their Software Infrastructure team and be responsible for building/maintaining software tools and services that support their builds and applications deployments. The ideal candidate for this role will be well versed in AWS, source code with Git, ability to script in Python, Infrastructure orchestration (Terraform), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). This position is a 6-month contract to hire, and they are ideally looking for someone local to Costa Mesa, CA or Boulder, CO. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE/Software related role
- Experience with Git or Artifactory as source code and binary repository management tools
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
- Strong knowledge in AWS (Google Cloud Platform or Azure would be a big plus)
- Solid understanding of infrastructure tooling (Terraform, Cloudformation)
- Experience working with Kubernetes clusters at scale, maintaining and developing clusters
- Linux OS
- Experience working with Microservices
- API's and Microservices (Rest, Web, Graph)
- Logging/event monitoring (Solarwinds, Splunk, SumoLogic)
- Security (Okta SSo and MFA, MS Active Directory)
- Oracle, MYSQL, MSSQL, CloudSQL
- Jira, Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD
- PCI DSS
