This position focuses on creating a consistent experience for our associates in navigating change and transition. In addition, the Organizational Change Manager leverages a structured methodology to design a change strategy that meets the unique needs of each change or transition. The position also matures the discipline of change management across the organization. The Organizational Changer Manager is a senior member of the Project Management Team, as well as a coach and mentor to team members within projects, programs and the department.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the change management project portfolio. Apply change management processes and tools to create strategies to drive success and change adoption required by each change initiative.

Coach leaders at all levels, including project sponsors, on change management best practices, while designing a tailored change management solution.

Coach and support project and agile teams in how to integrate change management activities and principles into project plans and other deliverables.

Conduct change assessments to understand size, complexity and impacts of each change.

Facilitate discussions to gather and understand stakeholders and impacts of each change.

Develop applicable change management deliverables including, but not limited to, stakeholder assessment, impact analysis, CM strategy, communication plan, sponsor roadmap, change network strategy, resistance management plan, risk assessment, and training plan.

Conduct readiness assessments; monitor adoption; identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance; and make recommendations as necessary.

Assist with building and supporting internal change networks.

Define and implement success metrics and monitor change progress. Develop strategies to address challenges, risks, and gaps.

Drive continuous improvement of internal change management processes and methodology.

EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci certification preferred.

EXPERIENCE:3+ years of change management program design and implementation experience, preferably within a technology industry.

2+ years of project/program management experience.

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:Agile project management knowledge helpful.

Exceptional communication skills, including tailoring messages to a variety of audiences.

Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building abilities.

Excellent problem solving, collaborative decision-making, leadership, and coaching skills.

Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
